Shipping & Returns information. Shipping New Zealand Deliveries
Deliveries within New Zealand are sent on:
NZ CourierPost or NZ couriers.
Target delivery time is 1-2 days in the north island and 1-3 days in the South Island. (once payment has been cleared)
Returns 2.a If there is a problem with an item you have purchased, please contact us directly.
2.b All returns for credit should be made within 7 days & be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.
2.c Items returned must be in the same condition as they were supplied and freight paid.
2.c Delivery costs are not refundable and a 30% restocking fee will apply.
2.d Changing your mind is not a valid reason for return or cancelation of order. (See Consumer Affairs Notice)
2.e No Returns will be accepted on special order items. Special order items will be deemed to be non stock items. I.E Items ordered specially for customer.

There is no law that requires a store to give you a refund if you change your mind about a purchase. Stores can choose to have their own return policies for change of mind returns. If you are returning the goods because they are faulty, the Consumer Guarantees Act may apply. This Act sets out your rights and remedies if goods are defective.
A "no refund" policy can apply to the following situations:
~ Goods you find cheaper elsewhere. Remember that retailers compete with one another. Shop around to find the best price before you buy.
~ Goods you buy for someone else which they already have or don't like. Ask the store for a gift exchange card if you're not sure about the purchase.
~ Goods that don't fit. Check before you buy. If if not practical ask the store if they will exchange later.
~ Goods that might not match what you have at home. If you are trying to match goods and it is difficult to bring the product from home ask the store if they offer cash approval.
